Proudly rooted and roasted in Austin TX, Praxis was founded by Austin coffee power couple Seth and Lauren McCain with a vision to bring coffee excellence and familia together. The humble garage beginnings of 2016 grew into a first airstream cafe in South Austin in 2019 and later the brick and mortar in East Austin in 2022. Our name highlights the beauty and art while maintaining excellence in the craft. Familia begins with our relationships with producers and extends to each person who shares these moments with us.
