We created our If So brand because we saw a real need for stylish, comfortable clothing that speaks to tween, teen girls. There just wasn’t anything out there that combined decent fits with trendy, cool designs. I’m always paying attention to what girls want, watching trends, and what makes them feel comfortable. Inspiration comes from colors and shapes, which sparks my creativity as I start sketching designs and the collection begins to come to life. Once I have my designs, I carefully choose fabrics to create a cohesive color story throughout the collection. It’s all about the details! We then move on to do model fittings with the samples, making sure to address any sizing or fit issues that pop up. After refining and adding the finishing touches to everything, we create final samples for another round of fittings and photoshoots.
