We are Amin Adeli, Dennis Ehmsen and Malte Modrow. We've known each other since school days and have had a close friendship ever since. Amin has now left the company as managing director to take on other exciting challenges. But as a partner, he is still available to us with advice and assistance. From the outset, we wanted to combine this burgeoning entrepreneurial spirit with our social commitment. To this day, this is our driving force. The story of PerSAF begins over 18 years ago, when the founders Amin, Malte and Dennis met and became friends while at school in Hanover. When Amin went to his second home, Iran, after leaving school, Malte paid him a visit in April 2013. Overwhelmed by the cultural experiences, the diversity of the country and the warmth of its people, Malte returned to Germany. He already knew that this wasn't going to be his last visit. The PerSaf brand We decided to set up a direct sales department for saffron and vanilla and follow a clear motto: Fair prices for farmers and end users and only the best qualities. We have been working with this philosophy for over three years now and are proud that over 1,000 gourmet restaurants in Germany, Austria and Switzerland already rely on us.Read their story
