After several unsuccessful batches, he finally perfected the first "original" and dangerously delicious treat which is now known as Holiday Fried Pecans. Keith Baum developed a dream, set it in motion and it is now a flourishing company. Keith's motto is and always will be to strive for the pinnacle of pecan perfection. Baum's Fried Pecans is an American Company that became a fully operated business in August of 2017. Baum's Fried Pecans grew from her sister company , Holiday Fried Pecans at our local farmers' market. We are now in over 3500 stores nationwide after 6 years in business. Baum's Fried Pecans continues to grow across the United States, as a specialty snack and gift company located in central Louisiana. Keith is diligent that these pecans are small batch hand fried pecans to keep the consistent taste of a lightly sweet & lightly salty, and savory crunch.
