Terrible terrible quality. Not so great customer service. I rarely ever leave reviews but I would 100% not recommend them unless you want zero attention to detail when it comes to the quality of your bag.

Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews prior to ordering. I wish I would have. It would have saved me time and money. Horrible customer service, sent wrong items, sent damaged items. I placed an order in February 2025 and still have yet to receive the entire order (it’s now 2026). With zero acknowledgment or communication, they still charged me. I will never be doing business with them again and after reading reviews, I am surprised Faire allows them to still sell on their platform.
