Dolciaria Naldoni was founded in 2011, when Luca Naldoni decides to recover the traditional recipes of the ancient family bakery and produce simple and genuine desserts with a careful selection of raw materials. The new production site, in Fognano di Brisighella, allows us to respond more effectively to the needs of the market, making production more flexible and increasing the range of products.
