We are in Puglia, south of the Italian heel, among almond trees, trulli, and dry stone walls. Ours is a family business founded in 1977, converted to organic production in 2007, and authorized for gluten-free production in 2014. Ti fa bene Bio is our brand and has a single mission: to create tasty baked goods for those who believe that eating well is the rule and pleasure of every day! We offer organic whole grain single cereal cookies made with cereal flakes and stone-ground flours. Our father, a pastry chef for over 40 years, studied how he could make cereals appetizing by turning them into cookies that are pleasant to the palate, rustic, and fragrant. We are talking about 100% Buckwheat, 100% Millet, 100% Spelt cookies, oats, and so on for all the cereals offered. Moreover, the flours are whole grain and come from organic farming. Our Puglian tarallini are also prepared with extra virgin olive oil and beloved special flours like Millet, buckwheat, and rice, 100% Italian supply chain. It is a savory snack GOOD FOR EVERYONE, not just for those who are gluten intolerant. We offer high-quality certified pastries from Prodotti di Qualità Puglia because they are made with only Puglian almonds, extra dark chocolate, and sunflower oil. Each of our products boasts a short and clear ingredient list with quality raw materials without thickeners, leavening agents, and preservatives. Nature has never been so good!
