While we are an everyday hot sauce, we have chefs and grill masters who cook with our sauce as a go-to for CHIPOTLE FLAVOR + HEAT. Our shelf stable sauce is thick, rich and smooth as we removed the pulp and seeds to make a sauce that goes with anything and doesn’t overpower. Our 300+ retail locations consist of sauce shops, gourmet and vegan/organic/natural grocers, gift shops, butchers and home centers who sell grills and sauces. The deep dark maroon color exemplifies the nuance of smoked jalapeno. This organic sauce is well balanced with the sweet from agave nectar, spice from the chipotle and black pepper, acidity from vinegar, and salty. The chipotle heat level, 5,000 to 8,000 scoville units, is mild for some and a bit spicy for others. I think it is perfect. The flavor profile is a welcome addition to dishes and does not overpower.
