About Autore Chocolate

Once upon a time... ... Antonio Autore, born and raised in Italy, after his university degree moved and worked in the Netherlands for over ten years to acquire international experience. But he had felt the desire to create something of his own and he thought that the only place where this would ever be possible was his hometown. So in 2009 he came back to the south of Italy. His home town is called San Marco dei Cavoti, located in Naples region, and the scents were those of croccantino, a dessert that the ancient Romans had brought to those places and that village on the Sannio hills had masterfully made famous. Antonio, faithful to his idea, wanted something more. A pot of copper, almonds, hazelnuts and sugar were not enough, it was necessary to invent new flavors and combinations. He had to dare! And like all fairytales, this story also has a happy ending. Antonio Autore has created a highly appreciated brand and a dynamic company in which he is supported by more than 10 collaborators. His croccantino and chocolate products, packaged in typical pastel-colored wrappers, are distributed in more than 500 gourmet stores in Italy, exported to many countries abroad and he keeps on creating new recipes!
