15 years ago Sweetz began as a mobile candy tent known as the "Candy Shack", selling candy at fairs and race events. Eventually Sweetz discovered a demand for "traditional candies in nontraditional locations" like restaurants, hospitals, gift shops, florists, etc, and grew to serve over 150 accounts in New England. During the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, Sweetz accounts were down and we decided to open our first retail store in Tilton, NH. This milestone marked a new chapter, allowing the company to directly connect with its growing community of candy enthusiasts. Today, Sweetz & More proudly operates six store locations throughout Maine and New Hampshire. Each store is a treasure trove offering an unparalleled selection of sugar: 835 varieties of retro glass bottle soda, 550 different pouches of bulk candy, 300 baskets brimming with pick-a-mix candies, 48 flavors of Jelly Belly, 80 flavors of salt water taffy, cotton candy, PEZ characters, alongside countless other nostalgic/ contemporary treats and more. With a commitment to quality, variety, and exceptional customer service, Sweetz continues to captivate candy lovers of all ages, providing them an escape to a world of sweetness and nostalgia. With the Covid pandemic behind us, our distribution business is back up and running stronger than ever!
