Jasmine Hines is a genuine beauty enthusiast with over a decade of experience in luxury beauty retail. She understands quality and the importance of relationship building to understand her customer’s needs. Jasmine started on her own natural hair journey in 2012 with a big chop. Cutting off all her hair and starting fresh. “It was scary and liberating. I felt exposed, yet free and the most confident I had ever felt.” Like most women when they start their journey to healthy natural hair, it became overwhelming. “I created Café Hair Co because I was tired of seeing Black women feel frustrated, uneducated, and unsupported in their natural hair journey. I wanted to redefine how we think about and care for our hair—shifting from frustration to empowerment and from limits to unlimited length."
