Vineyard & Spring LIQUID-G was born from the meeting of two worlds: the purity of natural mineral water and the winemaking heritage of Galicia, a unique climate-refuge region in northwest Spain. Our story begins in a small family winery where respect for the land and the vine has been part of our identity for generations. The idea emerged from the collaboration between a renowned scientist from the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), specialized in the antioxidant compounds of the vine, and an entrepreneur passionate about mineral water whose family has cultivated vineyards for generations in Valdeorras. From this collaboration came an exclusive scientific process, developed together with the CSIC and protected as an industrial secret, which allows natural mineral water to be enriched with compounds from the vine, particularly antioxidant flavanols. This innovation has led to a patented formula known for its health-supporting properties, allowing us to create two unique beverage lines: AWA-G, a new generation of sensory mineral waters — light, refreshing, playful and functional — that evoke the world of wine while remaining completely alcohol-free.
