Inspired by my need for accommodation and feeling I was being called by God to provide relief for others also suffering, I delved into gluten-free baking and Rosie Cakes was born! Rosie Cakes are a gluten-free almond snack cake for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, yet delicious enough for everyone to enjoy. The Rosie Cakes journey has faced hurdles and doubts along the way, but the overwhelming support from the community has kept us going. Even through the chaos of the pandemic, we baked gluten-free delights to uplift individuals and bring families together. Today, my mission is clear - to offer scrumptious gluten-free snack cakes that delight the taste buds and nourish the soul.
