I had already been pursuing an account with Wear Felicity outside of Faire, so that fact that they are on this platform helped a ton. When my package was delivered in the wee hours of the morning, and I was unable to retrieve it because the suite # had been accidentally left off, Michael and his team were able to get our delivery fixed quickly and efficiently. We totally appreciate you and cant wait for our customers to experience your jewels as well. Thank you Michael
