Hi! My name is Elysia, and I’m the 9-year-old CEO of Pryncess Treats. My love for baking started when I was just 3 years old, making banana muffins with my dad in the kitchen. In December 2021, I decided to turn that passion into a real business. With no social media following and a brand new website, I launched Pryncess Treats and sold 7 dozen banana muffins in just 36 hours! Since then, the journey has been nothing short of amazing! With a brand-new website, I turned my Great Grandmother’s 70 year-old recipe into a thriving business. Now, I sell my thin, buttery, and crunchy cookies—including sugar cookies, peanut butter cookies, and chocolate chip cookies—at pop-up events, online, and even in Union Kitchen grocery stores in Washington, DC! With the tagline “The 70-year-old recipe, 9-year-old CEO”, Pryncess Treats brings nostalgia in every bite! Customers can’t get enough of their favorites! I have been featured on Good Morning Washington, proving that kids can be successful entrepreneurs, too! I love baking, meeting customers, and helping other kids learn about business and entrepreneurship. That’s why I wrote my first book, which is now on Amazon —so kids just like me can learn how to turn their ideas into real businesses!
