A small cannery in Galicia began producing carefully crafted fish and seafood preserves, controlling the origin of the raw materials and using meticulous artisanal processes to turn each tin into a true delicacy. Over time, this philosophy of continuous improvement has only grown stronger, along with an unwavering goal: to preserve the very best of the sea in Ramón Peña’s tins. Today, these values remain deeply rooted in the company's DNA, which continues to grow and invest in Galicia and its rich culinary heritage. Our seafood comes from the Galician estuaries, two of the richest and most prized marine areas in Spain. The Rías Baixas stand out as one of the most diverse marine ecosystems on the planet. The unique structure of these estuaries makes their waters ideal for the cultivation of shellfish and other fishing species.
