RUDY'S began in a tiny home kitchen in Latvia - started by Egor, a brewing engineer, and Daria, a beer sommelier, on a mission to reimagine kombucha. Their simple question: "Why does kombucha have to taste like vinegar?" became the spark for something revolutionary.
