Ulrika and Fredrik had enough of their hectic office life in the big city when they decided to buy an abandoned chocolate factory in Österlen/Sweden in 2015. The decision to become the ultimate chocolate maker quickly followed. Your unique chocolate is deliberately made without the addition of cocoa butter, flavors, vanilla or lecithin. The Swedish Cacao Company obtains its cocoa from fermentation masters who work with small farms, such as Kokoa Kamili in Tanzania, coop id matale in Sri Lanka, and eco caribe in the Dominican Republic.
