About Cycled

We are Silvio and Luca We founded the Cycled brand in 2014 after returning from a trip around the world by bicycle. Growing up in an environment where reuse was common, our idea for Cycled is the combination of the use of the bike and the reuse of the most important waste material that derives from it: the Clincher. “Let's take our creativity out of our passion for cycling: time passes more slowly. Energy is transformed through the pedals with an ecological and meditative movement. For us this means more precious time to spend in nature, on the street, between thoughts and ideas.” By producing Belts and other Accessories with our own hands, we awaken memories held in the Clincher, memories of unique moments of sport and life. In the ways and uses of our work as artisans, we are inspired by our grandparents and we are honored to continue their tradition in a modern, important and distinctive way.Read their story
