About Risoli

In Lumezzane, at the beginning of the sixties, Risolì was born: a company destined to become a leader in cooking tools. Alfredo Montini, the founder, starts his activity as a manufacturer of pots and pans in high-thickness cast aluminum (6/8 mm) choosing to use cutting-edge non-stick and anti-scratch coatings also dedicating himself to the production of kitchen tools. He wants to replace the old-fashioned cast iron pots, with lighter weight products: the result is the creation of cooking tools that are more manageable, easier to clean and with a uniform diffusion of heat, for ensure constant cooking and keep the taste and flavor of the food unchanged. Alfredo was first joined by his wife Marilena and later his children Cristina and Andrea followed the family passion, helping to make Risolì a company with a healthy Italian industrial tradition. The entire production chain is entirely Made in Italy starting from the raw material: Hi-Grade Aluminum from Lumezzane foundries. The finishing is by hand with diamond turning of the bottoms and all products have a triple non-stick layer more resistant to scratches. 100% non-toxic and safe with coatings free of Perluoro Acid Octanoic (PFOA).
