About Dune Brooklyn

Dune Brooklyn is a visual creation space and functional design studio inspired by the sensorial experience of the desert. The studio was founded in 2021, out of a desire to create spaces and objects that cultivate a sense of sublimity, peace in solitude, and joy in rituals. Pieces are wheel thrown and hand made by Heather founder & designer) in her Brooklyn studio. All excess clay is reclaimed and recycled, paper over plastic practices, and sustainable packaging are prioritized as much as possible, however, we do reuse all packaging from supply and equipment shipments (especially bubble wrap and styrofoam). Dune Brooklyn partners with One Tree Planted to restore ecosystems that have been degraded and deforested.Read their story
