Chili Maven is on a mission to bring magic to your meals with the flavour & fire of authentic Mexican chilis. Our products are carefully curated for new chili eaters as well as hardcore spice lovers to allow the depth and sophistication of chilies to shine through. We currently sell Salsa Macha, which is a Mexican condiment made with dried chilis, seeds, nuts and garlic which is all infused in oil. We offer two versions: "smoky & mild" and "spicy & nutty". Our products are handmade in Mexico, are all natural and contain no preservatives or additives. The founder of Chili Maven, Alexa, grew up in Texas but has been living in London for the past 18 years. Her family is from Mexico and Chili Maven was born out of her love for salsa macha. She loved it but couldn't find it in the UK. Alexa started making it at home and realized there was an opportunity to bring this amazing and flavourful condiment to the UK. When she signed up to Faire, she realized she could also make Chili Maven available in the US :D PLEASE NOTE - our products are made in Mexico. Orders from USA are delivered from the USA. Products from UK are shipped from UK. Orders to USA may take slightly longer to fulfill. Salsa macha is an incredibly popular salsa in Mexico, but is little known outside of the country. Traditionally, it's a super spicy product, but we've created 2 special recipes that tame the spice and showcase the flavours, not just the fire, of the chilis.
