About CROSSIP

It was CROSSIP founder Carl’s dedication for cycling and rugby while working in hospitality which ignited the idea for CROSSIP. Carl had been introduced to a career in hospitality by co-founder Tim Blake when he was just 18 and, through further hospitality and drink-creation experiences, it eventually led Carl to create a spirits range that didn’t come with the negative connotations of alcohol, yet retained all of the positive sensory excitements and flavours that alcohol does. To do this, Carl literally locked himself in a dark room trialling different spices, botanicals and flavours to optimise a flavour profiles with deep layers and an element of sophistication. Over the course of 5 years, the unique recipes have been developed and perfected to give the ultimate sensory experience within a non-alcoholic drink. The CROSSIP team share Carl’s enthusiasm for a good time that doesn't always require that alcohol be consumed. It’s about enjoying a drink, being social and helping to maintain balance through moderation.Read their story
