I'm Sarah, the founder of Breathing Pal. After working at a top investment bank, I faced immense mental pressure, insomnia, and anxiety. My turning point came during a vacation in Bali, where I discovered the power of yoga and meditation. Inspired by these techniques, I wanted to make their benefits accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. One sleepless night, I thought of combining a night light with guided breathing. After numerous trials, I crafted a prototype. The breakthrough came when my niece used it and became more focused and relaxed. This inspired me to design the product as a cute, cartoonish character, making it appealing to children. Returning to Bali with this new version, I received praise from professionals.
