About The Finery Company

A family pursuit, with three generations of printing and design expertise, The Finery Company was established to preserve the lost art of letterpress. Rooted in tradition, we're dedicated to crafting products that inspire connection and foster meaningful communication through tangible, tactile experiences. Based in Norfolk, England, The Finery Company came to fruition after re-discovering an old Adana printing press, tucked away in the back of an old shed. With meticulous care and attention, it was refurbished and brought back to life, adopting some additional modern processes to fulfil the needs of today. Our passion for preserving traditional methods led us to acquire a historic Art Platen Press dating back to the 1850's, and we continue to explore both old and new technologies. Our hand-printed stationery suites, cherished keepsakes and exquisite objects are designed for both everyday life and special occasions, transcending the fleeting nature of the digital age.Read their story
