How it All Started: Hi! 👋 I’m Sanchita. Like many of us, the pandemic brought on a lot of stress and anxiety. This caused nights with no sleep, and affected my digestive health, leading to bloating and other stomach issues. My daily ritual of having a cup of tea in the morning always helped me relax, but I needed something that not only helped my nerves, but improved my mood and overall health. Ever since I can remember, I’ve been a fan of ayurvedic home remedies and use them myself. So, I started looking for tea blends with ayurvedic herbs. Nothing on the market satisfied my needs 😕. The low-quality ingredients and lack of good flavor that I found just didn’t do it for me. This gave birth to Tea N Me: I turned towards ayurveda and adaptogenic herbs and found tea blends with the best quality natural ingredients.
