Shelburne Farms is a cheesemaker and non-profit sustainability learning center located on the shores of Lake Champlain just outside of Burlington, Vermont. We produce raw milk cheddar cheese from the herd of Brown Swiss cows that graze on the pastures of the property. We produce cheddar cheese in ages from 6 months to 2 year old in both pre-pack and bulk formats.
