I reached out to this supplier not happy with my product but it took over a week for a response. They asked for pictures but I wasn’t able to attach in the email and asked for a personal email address which again took a couple emails before it was sent. They seemed as they wanted to work with me but then dropped off the face of the earth again. Poor quality, poor communication, will not use again.

Thank you for your review, good or bad. There are some inaccuracies in your review. You requested an alternate email on 2/24 and it was sent to you on the next business day which was 2/27. That same day you shared the pictures and we replied on 2/28 with a couple suggested solutions. 3/1 my household was hit with sickness. We did not get back to you due to this until 3/4. Since I paid $30 per shirt it is hard to sell with an recommended price of $60. Southern IL is a hard market for these wonderful Shirts.

The purple one is very difficult to see the decal, it is not like pictured on site. And I do wish each shirt had a tag. These flannels are very very soft and comfortable.

My first shipment had a scent to it- a laundry scent which isn’t terrible but isn’t what you’d necessarily want for retail. Second shipment arrived and was great!
