Our sauce began from a passion for hot sauce and a desire for some that had delicious flavor AND heat, not just one or the other. We also wanted high quality ingredients. We've made our sauce just for ourselves and family / friends for years now. Everyone told us we needed to sell it. So we finally began selling it in 2022. Our sauce is all handmade in small batches near the heart of Pittsburgh, PA. Each sauce begins with fermenting whole peppers then incorporating select whole foods. We don’t use any fillers, binders or other additives. (Seriously, read the ingredients!) We create all of our sauces to fit into a healthy eating lifestyle, because that's how we prefer to eat. When possible, we source our ingredients locally & organic. The focus has always been on using the best ingredients to create robust sauces with layers of flavor.
