Founded by Dutch entrepreneur Karlijn van Driel, Rozablue offers exquisite handmade and fairtrade home textiles printed in India using traditional block printing techniques. She combines Indian patterns with a rich history with contemporary interior and lifestyle products in the colorful shades of pink & blue, that are the 'red thread' in the collection. They are inspired by the bright cheerful colors that you encounter everywhere on the streets in India. Colors that make me happy, that make your house a home! How it began? During one of Karlijn's long journeys, she immediately fell in love with hand-printed block print fabrics. The age-old craft and the cultural aspect of the designs make these products unique. The irregularities in the patterns fit exactly with the way she wants to live. The beauty is in the imperfection! When she met Indu Kapahi and saw her designs and soft cotton fabrics she knew: this is the beginning of Rozablue! Indu is a special and artistic woman. She takes her inspiration from the rich Indian textile culture, flora, fauna, temples and palaces in India. She designs designs and patterns in a stylish way, from which she has wooden stamps made for stamping.
