The oven shop transforms organic fresh white garlic from Gers (Lomagne) into certified organic black garlic. We are two friends from Gers for a long time, we wanted to promote a local product that is too often processed far from production areas. During a trip to Asia, we discovered black garlic, renowned for its nutritional and taste properties out of the ordinary and we settled on the family farm in Cadeilhan still in business, organic for more than 10 years.
