Fratelli Burgio since 1978 In 1978, we decided to encapsulate in a jar traditions, memories of celebrations and family Sundays, authentic territories, flavors, scents, and typical sounds of our countryside. The mission remains the same: to pass down family recipes with our preserves. Just a simple *clack* of the lid is enough to savor the warmth of good things. It is in the heart of the Solarino countryside, in the province of Syracuse, where our Laboratory is located: lots of greenery and unspoiled lands. The rooms that were once the family country house are now the place where our preserves are born.
