About Au Nom De la Truffe

Our passion for the Ascomycete Ectomycorrhizal, in other words the Tuber Melanosporum, the Tuber Magnatum, more commonly known as black truffle & white truffle, and our curiosity led us to meet a truffle farmer (3rd generation) based in Vaucluse. We had already immersed ourselves in this very closed world of truffles, we had fallen in love with this region and we were already dreaming of traveling through France with our truffle baskets to meet our customers. Au Nom de la Truffe was born and our enthusiasm was unwavering! Today, there are more and more Amis Au Nom de la Truffe: gourmet restaurants, Michelin-starred chefs and especially our private individuals with whom we love to share our passion. The other species (Tuber Aestivum, Tuber Uncinatum, Tuber Brumale...) do not displease us either. Located in Vaucluse, in addition to the famous black diamond, we offer healthy, good, “fair” products designed with black truffle and white truffle.Read their story
