Hi! My name's Danielle, and I'm the face behind Pixie's Reusables! As for the name, my nickname is Pixie. I was born two months and a half months premature, I could fit into the palm of my mother's hand. I was her little pixie, and the nickname stuck! I've always been fascinated by the fiber arts, and sewing was just the next step in my passion train after watching my grandmother sew for years and years, and just like my nickname, it stuck! Patterns, unique shapes, prints, the beauty of a consistent symmetrical stitch. It's all pretty to me, and that's all a part of making handmade items! I love being a handmade creator because everything gets to be unique, while focusing on functional pieces that people use every single day!
