About Pop Cultures Kombucha

Our delicious award winning kombucha is brewed in oak barrels with 100% pure honey instead of refined sugar for a unique depth of flavour and added health benefits. Inspired by visiting the kombucha tap rooms of Portland, Oregon in 2014, Robert began brewing his own in 2022 from his Brighton kitchen. He set out to perfect a delicious kombucha, using locally sourced pure honey instead of refined sugar, which quickly proved a hit at markets and food festivals. After building his own microbrewery, Robert began fermenting in reclaimed oak barrels to create the smooth and complex flavour that makes Pop Cultures unique. Each kombucha is made with freshly squeezed fruit and spices packed with healthy acids and live bacteria with no artificial sweeteners or additives. Read their story
