About Big Salinas Barbecue

We have been perfecting our sauce and rubs since 2014. We started just using the sauce and rubs for catering and then branched out in to the Competition circuit in 2017. We have been able to win awards in best sauce, cooks choice, beans, chicken, ribs and brisket. In 2020 we decided to release our BBQ sauce so that everyone could enjoy.
