About Saltwater Artisan Soaps

Aloha! My name is Danielle Atlan Barksdale, the owner and creator of Saltwater Artisan Soaps. I’m originally from the island of Kauai, and have been blessed to call Maui home for the last three decades. I began soap making as a hobby when my children were small and I've been in love with it ever since! Now, I'm able to handcraft my soap full time and am constantly at work on my next design. My soaps are handmade on the island of Maui, using locally sourced, sustainable products, and we are always cruelty free. When creating my products, I use skin loving oils, natural botanicals and skin safe micas....no harsh detergents or preservatives! I hope you enjoy using my soaps as much as I've enjoyed making them.
