About Sir Pennycandy's Apothecary Polar Provisions

Sir Pennycandy's Apothecary, a New England Confectionery located in Methuen, Massachusetts, has been a business for six years focusing on chocolates, pennycandy, fudge and other nostalgic candy. After six years of being in the candy industry we acquired a couple of freeze-dryers and we've been having so much fun with these machines. We've created so many fun freeze-dried candies that really sell themselves. Now that we've got some experience under our belt with candy we're branching out to healthier choices for our customers as well as taking a more sustainable route. In offering freeze-dried fruits and vegetables and putting some focus on chefs and the food industry as well as campers and backcountry adventurers we're offering people "nature's candy" that can be used for their own creations or as a healthy treat right out of the bag. All of our freeze-dried candy, ice cream, and produce is prepared, freeze-dried and packaged out of our commercially licensed and insured shoppe in Methuen, Massachusetts.
