Salemi Pina is a farm that produces, transforms and markets organic agri-food preserves: Sauces, Sauces, Bruschetta, Pesti and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The founder's bet begins with the purchase of a land of about 10 hectares, in the Sortina countryside, in the heart of the Hyblean Mountains, made suitable for the cultivation of olive trees and vegetables in the open field, immediately based on biological methodology. The company's goal is to promote the knowledge and consumption of typical Sicilian vegetable raw materials (Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Eggplants, Capers, Almonds, Dried Tomato, Basil, etc..), giving primary importance to the health of final consumers. Over the years, in addition to successfully operating in the field of open field horticulture cultivation with the organic method, with the support of their children Nancy and Pierpaolo, the family has turned their skills professional and organizational to the transformation of the same into organic agri-food preserves. Vegetable preserves are born made with raw materials grown on the farm and transformed according to traditional family recipes carefully revisited to make them suitable for market demands, both Italian and especially foreign. Today, the company, structured in limited companies, is able to respond to the numerous requests for genuine “made in Sicily” products, a brand of which we are proud!
