Freedom to express, to experiment, to edit, or to opt out altogether. 19/99 creates high-performance products that are intuitive to use and designed for everyone — regardless of age, skin tone, or skill level. Celebrating self-expression and diverse beauty, we exist to empower everyone - ages 19 to 99 - to define beauty on their own terms. We are an independent brand, based in Toronto, by Camille Katona and Stephanie Spence, who have worked together in beauty for over 15 years. 19/99 can be found in Canada, the US, UK and Germany through select retail partners.
