I will not purchase from this company again! Many items were out of stock with my initial purchase, I never gave permission for those items to be a preorder when they became available again, that was not ever presented as an option even. Yet this company continues to charge me as items become available again! I do not want these items, and they do not have permission to continue charging me! Beware Faire so far has done nothing about this

We want to clarify that there has been a major misunderstanding regarding Faire’s automated order system. You initially ordered 4 rings, but due to limited stock, we updated your invoice to 2 units before shipping, and you were only charged for 2. When you filed a "missing report" for the other 2 rings, Faire's system automatically deducted that amount from our payout and generated a mandatory replacement order. Because you already safely received the 2 rings you actually paid for, we had to mark that system-generated replacement order as "shipped" to correct the incorrect deduction. We never created a preorder, nor did we charge you without your permission. It was simply the automated system workflow processing your missing report.
