This product is great! However, my last order was completely ignored. Two weeks after my estimated delivery date I reached out, and after two attempts in the chat, plus a cancellation request, I had to reach out to Faire customer service to cancel my order. I have ordered in the past with no issue, but this level of unprofessionalism (being completely ignored) was disappointing. I would love to get these again but now am nervous to be ghosted, so I wanted to warn others.
