I’ve been using Epsom salts for several years mixing them with essential oils, they were my saving grace when training for the London Marathon in 2018. Since then I have been using them to create body scrubs as well, figuring we don’t always have time for the long soak, but still need to get the benefit of Epsom Salts and essential oils. In 2020 I started to work with essential and fragrance oils in candles, using soy wax to create subtle but meaningful scents. In 2021 I launched Stellar, a new business using natural UK sourced ingredients to provide mood matching products to help people relax and be at one with the emotion they are feeling. Stellar products are designed to enable people to take some time out for themselves and reconnect.
