THE PRIDE OF SHEEPSHEAD BAY SERVING BROOKLYN SINCE 1932 Our Family’s history in the seafood business dates back over a century. Our great Grandfather Sam Randazzo started the Family business as a fish market in the lower east side of Manhattan in 1920. In 1932, Sam moved the business to Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn which at the time was a bustling fishing community. In the 1940's the Randazzo Family opened a wholesale lobster market. In 1963, Sam’s daughter Helen and her husband Paul officially opened the now globally renowned Randazzo's Clam Bar on Emmons Avenue. This is when Helen's famous homemade red sauce was first introduced to local Brooklyn residents.
