Master Confiturier, World Champion 2018! I am committed to making my jams exclusively by hand in small pots to delight the taste buds of my loved ones and those of my customers. My background: My story and that of our House could begin with a sentence from Coluche, “It's the story of a guy...” who, at the dawn of retirement and in order not to get bored, decides to develop a small jam business. In 2017, as an amateur, alongside gastronomy professionals, I participated in the first Gourmet Breakfast Trophy organized by Les Tables et Auberge de France at the prestigious Ferrandi School, under the patronage of Nicolas Sale, Chef at the Ritz. No trophy, but my Apricot Cassis jam is widely acclaimed by chefs and I decided to present it at the Unusual Jam Competition organized by the Order of Master Confituriers de France where I won the first prize. In 2018, I participated in the World Jam Championship in Beaupuy in Lot-et-Garonne and won the first prize with my Strawberry Rhubarb jam with bourbon vanilla. In addition, the same year, a first prize for vegetable jams (red peppers/chilies) in Salies de Béarn, and, at the end of the year, a first prize for my Christmas jam with cinnamon.
