Each year we seek out the finest specialty grade, certified organic arabica coffee beans and then lab test them, selecting only those highest in antioxidants. We then lab test the beans for pesticides, mycotoxins and contaminants. We only import beans which are free from those impurities. During the roasting process, our aim is to retain the coffee's antioxidants and lessen the creation of harmful byproducts, which can develop during roasting. When creating the roasting curve, we lab test to discover the precise roast that yields optimal health benefits for that particular coffee. Each batch is digitally monitored to ensure that its specific roast curve is followed. Our healthy coffee is then packed fresh in nitrogen-flushed packaging and shipped fresh to our customers.
