HI, I'm Greg Young owner and head sugar maker at Skaneateles (skinny at last) Sugar Shack. I over see every step of the process from tapping the maple trees each spring to bottling the final drop of delicious pure maple syrup to ship to our customers. Our passion can be tasted in every drop of this pure natural product made in upstate NY. Starting with 10 taps and boiling on a kitchen pot I have grown to over 8,000 taps and built a state of the art facility with environmentally sustainable practices being practiced in every aspect of our business!
