Founded in 2020, Jousset Parfums is the world’s first Ultra-Gourmand™ fragrance house. Traditionally, gourmand fragrances were defined by sweet and fruity notes. However, our in-house perfumer, Jimmy Bodin, sought to redefine this category by infusing it with opulence and depth, creating a new standard for gourmand perfumery. IT DIDN'T START IN A LAB It started with a question: Why should perfume smell “beautiful” when desire doesn’t behave that way? While others were analyzing petals and molecules, we were busy tasting new pastries, trying to define what pleasure actually feels like. Because what people crave isn’t a formula. It’s a feeling. Warmth. Comfort. Decadence. That instant hit of satisfaction. That’s where Ultra-Gourmand™ was born. Not from theory, but from obsession for happiness. WE BUILT A WORLD AROUND CRAVINGS In our world, there are no flowers on white tables. There’s butter, sugar, roasted vanilla, and the air of a bakery at 6 a.m. We didn’t want to imitate nature.
