Hey, I'm Meagan Cole a.k.a. Meg a.k.a your hype girl. I am the founder of Rise Up Shine Bright. Confidence is something I've always struggled with, and still do to this day. I'm human, just like you. I've let fear, doubt and a lack mindset hold me back from taking action in my life. Often we need reassurance, a reminder from someone or something physical to empower us to be that version of ourselves that we desire to be. I discovered those people and reminders while building another business. This is when I discovered self development and a community that saw something in me I didn't see yet for myself. I started using self development in my life daily. Things like meditation, journaling, breathwork, reading and my life started to change. I started to dream, my self worth grew, my confidence grew and this impacted everything around me in a very positive way. I rose above my limiting beliefs and began to shine my light on others. I started to see things in other people they didn't see for themselves yet and found myself nautrally helping them find thier way. It started with in person events, which lead to the apparel line and now my newest offering, breathwork. This brand is your reminder.
