About Chilvera
Chilvera — Our Story In 2015, my mother was diagnosed with cancer. Treatment is brutal on the whole body, and for her, one of the hardest parts was her skin — it turned raw and reactive, and ordinary soap became painful to use. Fragrances, dyes, harsh detergents: all the things we'd never thought twice about suddenly had nowhere to hide. The soap aisle, of all places, became off-limits. So I started making something she could use. Simple bars. Clean ingredients. Nothing in them that didn't need to be there. My own health has been part of this road too, and it taught me the same lesson from the inside — when your body is going through something, you read every label, and you find out fast how much junk gets packed into things that are supposed to be good for you. That's not a knock on anyone. It's just why we decided to do it differently. Chilvera is a mother-and-son, veteran-owned company in Cape Coral, Florida, and that's the whole reason we exist: real, honest products for real bodies and real life. Handmade, small-batch, clean ingredients — at a fair price, because nobody going through a hard season should have to pay a premium just to find something gentle. Our signature Moringa Bar is made with moringa we grow on our own trees here in Southwest Florida, leaf to lather. Alongside the soap, our in-house 3D studio makes useful, giftable pieces to match. Everything we put our name on is something we'd hand to the people we love — because that's exactly where it started.
